Salmon crown with charred avocado, blueberry, and strawberry in a dill vinaigrette.
2° Puente Austral Unique Terroir – Cabernet Sauvignon, Carménère, Carignan
Duck ravioli a la chiclayana in a mustard sauce.
3° Etéreo – Carménère
Short rib braised in balsamic reduction, served with chickpea hummus.
4° Lucas – Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Bourgeois
Beef shank over mushroom risotto, finished with Grana Padano cheese.
5° Naranjo – Torontel
Ponderacion over chirimoya suspiro with citrus notes.
